The front desk staff must interact effectively with our customers on the phone, both in scheduling and fielding questions, and when customers arrive at our hospital to have their animals seen.
The front desk staff must master our scheduling and billing software, keep the files organized, answer phones, keep the lobby area clean and organized and assist the doctors and veterinary technicians with other tasks as assigned.
We are currently looking for someone to work 7:
30 a.
m - 5:
30 p.
m.
Monday, Thursday, and Friday, and 7:
30 a.
m.
- noon on Saturday.
